I just settled on a property interstate and it was a commendable experience. It was my first time using a buyers agent and so wasn't sure of the outcomes to expect. After many questions /time to understand the process, locations and details involved, I was reassured and able to hone in on the area that was ultimately of most interest and promising. When we found properties that we thought were suitable, Ben was able to provide a very fast and detailed evaluation report, which contained valuable information. He also did a great job negotiating the price on our behalf. They also organised a building inspection and conveyancer for us.
