Since buying his first property at the age of 18, Ben has gone on to build a multi-million-dollar property portfolio.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, he draws on his long experience as a CFO and senior business advisor in Sydney and London.

Keen to share his property buying expertise, he founded BFP Property Group, working alongside wife Samantha to help others make the smartest possible decisions.

Ben provides a warm and considered approach to buying for his clients, leaving them not only with an excellent result but a satisfying and memorable experience.

Ben retains professional memberships with REBAA, PIPA, REINSW and CAANZ.

Out of work hours, he enjoys spending quality time with Samantha and their two young daughters.

Samantha Plohl

Operations Manager

As a qualified legal practitioner in NSW, and more recently an investigator for a large independent statutory body, Samantha has enjoyed a unique mix of private practice and public sector roles.

Alongside Ben, she scaled a personal property portfolio across three states and it was from here where her passion for property grew.

Samantha manages daily operations, leveraging her knowledge and professional skills to coordinate the company’s strategic planning, marketing, compliance and property management.

Lisa aspires to be recognised as the “go to” buyers agent for her honesty and integrity.

Lisa wants the best for her clients and goes over and above to deliver exceptional outcomes, whether they are first time investors or seasoned buyers. She has a warm, friendly personality and prides herself in providing outstanding client service. This is what differentiates Lisa from the rest!

Outside of work Lisa is very family orientated and believes in a peaceful family life exploring the local waterways, bush tracks and parks with her teens and fur babies plus devoting her spare time to ensuring the last two of her six children are learning life skills and independence “quickly” so they leave the nest one day!

Damian Fletcher

Damian started buying property at the age of 19 and has since built a multi-million dollar property portfolio. He has a background in Nursing and Management which has provided him with well rounded communication and negotiation skills.

Damian finds great pleasure in helping others, in particular sharing his knowledge on real estate and property investing as a buyers agent and property strategist and loves supporting his clients through their property investment journey.

Away from work he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and children. If there is a spare minute he loves to get outdoors to train and participate in endurance events or watch his beloved Geelong Cats.

Starting in the IT industry before transitioning to the virtual assistance field, Jen has spent the last four years mastering a versatile role as a virtual assistant. She loves exploring diverse tasks, all aimed at delivering value to the business.

Driven by a passion for growth, Jen thrives on taking on challenges that enhance efficiency. She loves being a VA because it allows her to continuously learn and develop new skills, keeping her work both engaging and rewarding.

Family is at the heart of Jen’s life: serving as her greatest source of inspiration. Outside of work, she values spending quality time with her loved ones. She also is an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking mountains and participating in marathons.

Hannah is an experienced and dedicated property manager committed to making property ownership as seamless and stress-free as possible. With a strong background in residential property management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical, solution-focused mindset to every situation. Hannah works closely with both property owners and tenants, managing all aspects of the job—from routine inspections and maintenance to lease renewals and conflict resolution—with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

Her proactive and hands-on approach ensures that properties are not only well-maintained but also that tenants feel valued and supported. Clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others are at the core of her service, making her a trusted partner in protecting and enhancing her clients’ investments.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and their beloved fur baby. She also loves catching up with friends over dinner and a glass of red.
