Ive been investing in property for 25 years so went back and forwards about using a BA for the first time to secure our next investment as I knew I could do it myself. But the market has changed and after a few months of looking and not purchasing I knew I wanted help and support. Enter Ben who made me feel confident that using a BA would help achieve our long term goals. I worked with the amazing Lisa to secure a great property in a short time, she's friendly and supportive and if my constant questions and worries (its hard to let go of control!) bugged her she didn't let on!! She's responsive to messages and reassured me that there was no pressure to purchase until i was 100% happy. She negotiated well on a property prior to it going on the open market and we were able to secure it for what I feel is a good price in a competitive market. I just settled on a property interstate and it was a commendable experience. It was my first time using a buyers agent and so wasn't sure of the outcomes to expect. After many questions /time to understand the process, locations and details involved, I was reassured and able to hone in on the area that was ultimately of most interest and promising. The best part was the strong support from Ben & Damien who worked in tandem to lead the journey and ensuring all details were covered including inspections and liaising with various parties to make it less stressful. Communication was generally prompt and reliable, so I could ease knowing it's in good hands. Ben's accounting background was beneficial at the early stages to use as a bouncing board such as on cashflows. Although only time will tell how strong the growth is on the property, it seems like a good buy and the process was pleasant.

Ben and Patrice took the stress out of making our first home purchase. We opted for the evaluate and negotiate package. When we found properties that we thought were suitable, Ben was able to provide a very fast and detailed evaluation report, which contained valuable information. He also did a great job negotiating the price on our behalf. They also organised a building inspection and conveyancer for us.
