Our first homebuyer clients were looking to relocate to the Hills District from the Southwest of Sydney. With little knowledge of the Hills and feeling overwhelmed with the process, they engaged us for our Homebuyer Assist Service. Our clients found the home themselves and then had our team use our local expertise and complete our thorough 21-point due diligence check on the home itself as well as organising and assessing the building and pest inspection. We were able to negotiate a sharp price and glad to say our happy young couple now call Baulkham Hills their home.
