In Italian, Bella Vista means ‘beautiful view.’ Bella Vista began as a farm and homestead for farming sheep. Most of the development began around the mid-1990’s when the residential and business areas emerged.

My wife and I had Ben and Patrice help us look for our first home for us to move into with our little one. In the beginning we had questioned whether we should get a buyer's agent or try to go at it ourselves. Not only are we happy that we decided to get a buyer's agent, we could not be happier that we decided to go with Ben and Patrice. We did chat with two other buyer's agents (who were cheaper) but they felt very corporate, whereas when we talked to Ben we felt like he was truly focused on what we wanted and could actually cater to us rather than just push us a standard selection from a conglomerate template. We prefer to buy once and cry once so we went with BFP Property Group and I think it's the best decision we made. Patrice came with us to every inspection and even went to an additional inspection for us for the property we ended up buying as we couldn't make it ourselves. They were always honest about what they thought of the property and we never once felt like they were talking up a property just so they could close a job and cash in. Being completely new to buying property, we felt a level of trust in their ability, professionalism and guidance throughout what could have been a painful, soul-draining process. They would always take the time to explain things to us and being new to this, we had a lot of questions. We picked up the keys to our new home today and we couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, professional yet personable and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and should we ever find ourselves in a position to buy another property they will be the first people we would contact.

A once in a lifetime experience. Ben is professional, patient, friendly and just a great overall person and I would defintely recommend him to anyone looking for a buyer's agent in the blink of an eye, in fact I will certainly use him for any property purchases in the future. Being a first time buyer I was a little hesitant in engaging a buyer's agent but went with my gut feel of hiring Ben (shortlisting him from 3 others because of the personal touch he gave the deal). Our requirements were extremely difficult, needing close proximity to various points of interest, specific layout of house, quality of finish, all of this with not a very expansive budget. Ben came in and was extremely calm in listening and understanding our requirements and then quickly getting to work. I was doing a little online searching myself and it was extremely pleasing to know that any property which I "thought" might be a good fit was already on Ben's radar, in fact he was always one step ahead of the game, having already had a conversation with the agent and either letting us know of reason why he did not think it was a good fit or setting up an inspection (e.g. a property which I thought was suitable was marked as not safe by Ben as I have kids and the property was close to a very main and busy road meaning it wasn't safe playing in the front yard). We finalized a brand new house and thinking the deal was closed were thrown a real curve ball when the evaluation of the property came in much lower than what we were planning to pay (100% fault at the end of the evaulator since the replica of the property right next to it and built by the same builder sold for the same price a month back). This left us quite dejected but it didn't let Ben's spirits go down who just picked up where we stopped and continued his search. After inspections of another few properties we finally found what we thought was a great fit (being extremely close to our existing home meant nothing would change for us which is what we ideally wanted), put in an offer which Ben coaxed the agent and owners into an acceptance, the evaluation came out fine and everything rolled along smootly from there. Another actue challenge was trying to close the deal within 2020 (as this gave us a financial benefit from the lender) and even though the house owners wanted to take it into the next year, Ben struck a great deal with closing the deal before the end of the year and then having the previous owners stay in as tenants for a few weeks. I would like to thank Ben and his team for the wonderful job they have done and wish them the best of luck for the future.
