My wife and I had Ben and Patrice help us look for our first home for us to move into with our little one. In the beginning we had questioned whether we should get a buyer's agent or try to go at it ourselves. Not only are we happy that we decided to get a buyer's agent, we could not be happier that we decided to go with Ben and Patrice.
