Our methodology identifies around 150 – 200 suburbs that qualify as a High Performance growth market. Once we apply the ‘human touch’ to the hard data we narrow this number down to less than 50 suburbs. So, based on the 4,000 statistically reliable suburbs across Australia there is plenty of room for error!
Like all good systems our methodology is continuously tweaked and monitored. As new data sets become available and new research published we adjust our assumptions to suit.
