Some of the key services we provide as your advocate are property strategy development, property search and shortlisting, property inspections and evaluation, market analysis and price comparisons, auction bidding and negotiation, management of the due diligence process as well as pre-settlement and post-settlement support.
We offer a fixed fee depending on the purchase price of the property. We split the payment in two parts, there is a small portion payable upfront as the retainer/engagement fee and the rest payable once you buy a property and it goes unconditional.

Our time efficiency in finding you a quality property can also save you money by getting into the growing property market sooner.
